Wide-neck tops, or blouses one shoulder will look fabulous on you, as it will make your upper body i.e. shoulders and bust, look wider, which will create a balance with your hips.

One tip that can help to elongate your chest is a deep V-neck.

Skirt:
Your main goal is make your bottom part more visible than your upper body, which you can do by wearing well embellished skirt and light or very bright colored shoes.
