Our Return Cancellation Policy
Returning & Replacement & Refund
Your satisfaction is our long-term pursuit and upmost concern. Once your package has arrived, we encourage you to open and check to make sure that the dress that we made meets your requirement. Try your dress on as soon as possible without removing the tags, altering, or washing the dress.
For any items, if there is a quality problem and you want to apply for a refund, please upload some persuasive pictures or video. Once it is verified, you can send the item back to us (customer assumes the shipping cost) only after you get our permission, and we will give you the corresponding refund.
If you are returning or exchanging dresses or accessories, please make sure they are in their original condition - unworn, unwashed, unaltered, undamaged, clean, free of lint and hair, and with the intact tags attached.
he good news is that after placing your order, there is still time to change your mind. Please refer to our cancellation policy below for details.
a. Custom-made size:
- Orders cancelled within 12 hours after payment confirmation will be eligible for a full refund, or
- Orders cancelled 12 to 24 hours after payment confirmation will be eligible for a partial refund consisting of the full shipping cost and 50%
- Orders cancelled 24 to 48 hours after payment confirmation will be eligible for a partial refund consisting of the full shipping cost and 30%
- Orders cancelled after 48 hours of payment confirmation will be eligible for a refund consisting of the full shipping cost only.
- Once your order has been shipped, it can no longer be cancelled.

Your satisfaction is of utmost importance to us. Upon arrival of your package, it is suggested that you check the dress to make sure it has been made in accordance with your order specifications. Please try on your dress as soon as possible without altering, washing the dress, or removing the tag. Please note that you need to contact us to initiate the returning process.
If you are returning or exchanging dresses or accessories, please make sure they are in their original conditions - unworn, unwashed, unaltered, undamaged, clean, free of lint and hair and with tags intact and attached. You will be responsible for all return shipping costs. By the way, please send out the dress within 3-5 days after you get the package.
Defective, Damaged or Mis-shipped Items
You are qualified to get a full refund if your items are defective, damaged or mis-shipped. If you believe your items were damaged during delivery, you must obtain "Proof of Damage" documentation from your delivery carrier, which should be included in your returned package.
